Our Mission

Integrated Addiction Care @ Home. Our mission is to remove barriers for those seeking treatment for drug addiction, substance and alcohol use disorders. Patients can remain at home and work while incorporating treatment into their daily lives with telemedicine on-line visits and/or in-person visits. Our patient care team is led by fellowship trained and board certified physician specialists in addiction medicine and family medicine. IAC physicians working with our experienced social workers and therapists will assess and develop a plan with patients for their physical, emotional, mental, and social health. Our Memphis and Jackson TN drug rehabilitation center is a model of integrated, wraparound care catering to the needs of each patient and supporting each patient. We want to make it easy for patients by accepting insurance including TennCare, Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance.

Our Vision

We want to help patients with drug addiction, substance and alcohol use disorders to regain control of their lives and realize their full potential. Patients remain at home with the support of family and friends while incorporating treatment into their daily lives. Patients can keep their jobs and continue working to minimize the financial impact of addiction. We want to help patients incorporate treatment into their everyday lives and gain stability in their home environment. Our hope is that patients will always know they have a team of specialists to help guide them throughout their recovery and for their life at home.
